Grand Canyon Camping Tour:
What:
A two day, one night, all-inclusive camping trip to the bottom of the Grand Canyon! Our trip leaves Flagstaff at 8:00 am. After 1.5 hours, we arrive at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and begin our descent on the South Kaibab Trail. After the 11km (7 mile) hike, we arrive at the Bright Angel Campground. We set up camp and spend the afternoon relaxing and exploring the area around the Colorado River. The following morning we ascend the Bright Angel Trail, a 15km (9.3 mile) hike.

When:
Our trip departs Flagstaff at 8:00am, and returns the next day at approximately 8:00pm.
Included:
- All camping equipment. (backpacks, tents, sleeping gear, etc)
- All meals and snacks.
- Transportation to and from the Grand Canyon.
- Grand Canyon entrance fees and camping permits.
- Experienced hiking guide.
What You Need:
- Hiking boots/shoes that have been broken-in (not brand new!).
- Any necessary medications
- Waterproof breathable shell(coat)
- 2 T-shirts
- Thermal undershirt
- change of underwear for each day of trek
- change of socks for each day of trek
- Hat to block sun
- 1 or 2 pairs of shorts
- 1 pair of camp shoes (sandals with heel strap work best) or flip flops.
- Dont' forget your camera!
- Good physical fitness.
